I am a licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of diverse clinical experience. I specialize in helping WOMEN of all ages navigate difficult times and challenging emotions. We will work together in a safe, non-judgmental space to help you manage difficulties such as grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions and aging/caregiving. Together we will explore coping skills to enable you to manage whatever difficulties you are experiencing and to assist you in transformation and growth to find the life you want. My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindful-Based practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My style is casual, authentic and direct. I bring humor and compassion into treatment and recognize that the unique relationship between us sets the foundation for growth, transformation and healing.
