Professional Statement
I'm an experienced clinical psychologist in California. During the epidemic I am working with SessionSync to be able to provide supportive counseling to front line workers. I have disaster volunteer experience with the American Red Cross, deployed twice to New York and Washington during 911 and twice to Florida for Hurricane Katrina. If you need a session time other than times I have posted available just give me a call and we'll work it out.
Education/Experience
I have broad and varied experience of the span of more than two decades as a psychologist. I interned at the Student Counseling Service at the University of Arizona, followed by a postdoctoral year+ at a forensic state hospital in Southern California. Most of my career has been in public service; county mental health director, starting and running several non-profits, director for a large private provider organization, but I've always most enjoyed my direct work with clients doing individual and group psychotherapy.
