Professional Statement

The armor that shields us throughout the day often leaves us drained and incapable of tapping into our true selves. When we struggle to know who we are within, various aspects of our lives, including personal relationships have the potential to be adversely affected. I can help you do away with the veil and find the authentic you. My goal is to assist with bringing to conscious awareness your true identity through the reintegration of the various aspects of self. Through this process, I hope you will discover the happy and healthier you.

My intention in providing services is to help others better understand the self and other’s through exploration. Telehealth/teletherapy can be the technological tool that we utilize to facilitate your self-discovery.

Education/Experience

I am licensed psychologist in the states of Massachusetts and South Carolina. I am also a nationally registered health service provider in psychology. I graduated with a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and a masters degree in Education from Seton Hall University. I also earned a masters in business administration from Clark University.

My broad clinical experiences in various settings (hospitals, schools, universities, and community/private agencies) have afforded me the opportunity to provide client driven services, which have strengthened my competency around multiculturalism and dynamically related difficulties.

My interests in the field of mental health include addressing psychological and social factors that impact identity and stages of development, while also supporting clients with integrating various aspects of themselves, addressing relational challenges, and coping with clinical diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related stressors.
