Professional Statement

Are you struggling with your mood, traumatic past, addiction or a medical diagnosis? If you are suffering from emotional distress or a health issue, I can help you. You may be hesitant to start online counseling, but I am here to provide effective treatment within a nurturing space. When working with you, I will foster a confidential and compassionate place where meaningful and enduring change can happen. Together we will explore what’s bothering you and work towards relief and greater mental and physical well-being.

I am a Health Psychologist and have helped many individuals overcome their psychological problems and make positive life changes. We will address what's upsetting you and make the necessary adjustments so that you achieve your goals and go on to have a more fulfilling life.

My treatment specialties include anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and psychological issues related to health conditions, including insomnia, infertility, postpartum depression, chronic pain and illness, smoking cessation and eating issues. I integrate evidenced-based psychological techniques, including Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, and Health Counseling.

Our work together will be conducted in my virtual practice. Using a confidential video-conferencing platform, you can receive treatment from the comfort of your own home. Whether you have a busy schedule, a mental health condition that prevents you from going to an office, or just prefer the convenience of teletherapy, online counseling is available. I look forward to hearing from you.
