I'm Dr. Nicole Hayes, a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY31984).  My practice is based on helping people thrive and live their best lives using evidence-based practices and treatments to inspire change and growth.  I believe in meeting people where they are, and at the same time giving them the tiny push they need to reach their goals. I also believe in the importance of multicultural considerations and welcome everyone to my practice, no matter their background. 

I have a strong background in the treatment of eating disorders and have worked across the spectrum of levels of care of eating disorders. I enjoy with working with all diagnoses (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge, ARFID).

I'm also a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and I can incorporate ADHD skills into my sessions whenever needed. If you just want to focus on ADHD and executive functioning skills that is also great!

In general I love working with young people and their family across all of the transitions that life brings. I love helping people feel confident in themselves and whatever they choose to do in life.

I received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago.
My bachelors's degrees in Psychology and Human Development from the University of California, San Diego.

I completed training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Chicago, Eating Recovery Center, UC San Diego, and UCLA.  I was previously employed as a staff psychologist at UCLA specializing in working with their student athletes, eating disorder team, and ADHD assessment and treatment.
