Professional Statement
With warmth and encouragement, I will help you identify and work through your thoughts and emotions in a more effective way. My background is in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Together, we identify your personal goals and focus on research-backed techniques to better address emotions and behaviors that interfere in you personal progress. I can help you to directly address various emotions and behaviors that have started taking a toll on you living in a fully present way in your life. That may be overwhelming worries or anxieties, uncontrolled stress, difficult memories, insomnia, or trauma reactions.
I specialize in providing online teletherapy and offer services throughout the state of California.
