Professional Statement
My goal is to help you live a rich and meaningful life and to develop new ways of relating to painful emotional experiences and improve coping. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and I draw on both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I am trained in trauma-focused therapies including Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I often incorporate mindfulness, values clarification, and self-compassion in my work. My therapy style is warm, empathic, collaborative and flexible. Feel free to reach out with any questions about my practice or to schedule an intake session.
