Professional Statement

Your stress level is through the roof. You might snap at those you love the most and your body feels out of control while your mind is spinning. Anxiety can feel awful AND it is treatable once you know what is going on in your brain and why your body reacts the way it does. Once you learn the why, together we can learn the how: How to calm down; How to feel in control of you and prevent anxiety attacks from causing you distress in your daily life; How to be the best you can be.
What comes along with symptoms of anxiety can be sadness, relationship struggles or even coping in unhealthy ways. Our goal in working together will be collaborative, educational, directive and goal-oriented to help you achieve your ultimate wellness goals. Working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety is one of my specialties.
Learning how to find balance and become your best self is a lifelong process. I am here to encourage, teach, and support you every step of the way. Reach out to schedule your FREE consultation to learn more about how eTherapy may be right for you or your family.
