Professional Statement

Hello and Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist in California and a registered psychologist in Florida (#582) to provide Telehealth . I have always enjoyed helping others and working with diverse individuals! Whether you're dealing with short-term issues, like life transitions, stressors, or relationship difficulties, or more long-term issues, like coping with chronic mental illness, or feeling stuck and unsatisfied in your life, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings and facilitate growth leading to a more fulfilled life. My approach to therapy varies on the individual needs of each client; however, I am well trained and have had success implementing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other evidenced based treatments. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques when appropriate. Regardless of the therapeutic techniques used, I will provide you with a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding my services and to determine whether we would be a good fit for each other. I'd be grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on your journey! I look forward to hearing from you.
