Professional Statement
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life challenges and transitions. I support and educate clients to understand their experiences of stress, thoughts, and manage difficult emotions. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for personal exploration and growth. My clinical approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectial Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to assist clients in building real-world coping skills. We will work together to lower academic pressure, improve self-esteem, and manage life transitions. My goal is to empower you to feel resilient, balanced, and confident in your daily life.
Education/Experience
I have over twenty years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, and my career has spanned inpatient pediatrics, outpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and specialized residential care. My clinical and professional background includes working with individuals who have been diagnosed with and/or suspect they may have symptoms of: Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, stress management, and coping with life transitions or academic challenges.
