I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of stress, trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in adolescents and young adults. Additionally, I have a secondary specialization in the management of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) symptomatology in adolescents and young adults, with a clinical focus on actionable strategies to improve executive functioning, emotional regulation, and reduce impulsive decision-making. I am also passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression while having to navigating academic challenges, work stress, and/or complex life transitions. I have over twenty years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, and my career has spanned inpatient pediatrics, outpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and specialized residential care.
