Professional Statement
Working with Adults who are struggling with stress, career, and life transition, and feeling overwhelmed with life, work, and family. My focus is to help adults as they grapple with increased family stress, anxiety, and depressed mood so they can live a life of contentment and joy. Helping Older adults plan for and identify their non-financial goals for retirement.
