Professional Statement

COACHING FOR SUCCESS IN LIFE, AS WELL AS PRACTICAL HELP WITH ANY CRISES, TRANSITIONS, RECENT OR LONG-STANDING ISSUES.
Baruch Spinoza, in the 17th Century , wrote:
"What everyone wants from life is continuous and genuine happiness."
In the 20th century, John Lennon once said:
"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans."
As you go through life wishing for that genuine happiness, problems may arise. I can't promise happiness, but I can give you some tools and skills to help you cope.
Together, we will focus on achieving greater joy and sense of accomplishment, or work to alleviate distress over life events and problems which have disrupted your plans.
I have been a Clinical Psychologist for 45 years, with experience helping people in many different settings.
