Professional Statement
If you or your loved one are struggling with insomnia, anxiety, depression, ADHD, pain, bereavement, relationships, or compulsive behavior, I would love to help you and yours return to healthy functioning.
To help you or your loved ones sleep, I use a method called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, a gold standard approach to correct sleep habits. In about 8-12 weeks, we will measure what works and doesn’t work, and make structured changes to get you back on track. Unlike apps or pills that haven’t worked, just mask the symptoms, or make you feel like nothing can change, this treatment addresses the core problems so you can see permanent change and better sleep.
To improve children’s mood and behavior, I am trained Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, a research-proven approach to increase positive interactions, appropriate behaviors, attention span, healthy communication, and listening skills. Through 12-20 sessions, we will build on your parenting skills together while hooking your child on your attention and praise.
My past PhD training through Palo Alto University were spent every day helping adults and children achieve better sleep and mental health, I am passionate about this work and would love to share my skills with you and yours.
Message me so we can start the process of getting better, healthier sleep and overall mental health today!
