Professional Statement

I am a reproductive psychologist and I specialize in perinatal mental health, which includes concerns such as postpartum mood disorders, reproductive trauma & loss, infertility, and third party reproduction. I also specialize in racism-based trauma and psychotherapy for psychologists, therapists, and healers. I provide evidence-based and culturally humble behavioral health psychotherapy and assessment services via telehealth. My theoretical style is collaborative in nature and I use an integrative approach to support clients as they regain their sense of stability and work towards healing and change.

Education/Experience

I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas, Board Certified in Counseling Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology, and PsyPACT certified to provide telehealth services to 32 additional states from Texas. With 20 years of counseling experience, I have worked with adults and couples in a variety of settings, including private practice, community health clinics, university counseling centers, and forensic settings. I have experience teaching undergraduate and graduate psychology as well as serving as a supervisor and Training Director for pre-licensed and licensed psychologists.
