Dr. Bordelon has experience with severe challenging behaviors, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and neurotypical populations presenting with concerns such as anxiety and depression. Additionally, Dr. Bordelon has worked in multiple settings, including hospital, outpatient, and school-based services. Dr. Bordelon has experience identifying and providing intervention at both the individual and organizational level.

Dr. Bordelon utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to help clients become more mindful and decrease personal suffering. These techniques include, but are not limited to, mindfulness training, values identification, and behavior modification towards those personal values.

Dr. Ashley Bordelon is a Licensed Psychologist in Oregon and Maryland, and a Doctoral Level Board Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). After completing her Ph.D. in Psychology at Louisiana State University, she completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Bordelon was certified in Organizational Behavior Management by Florida Institute of Technology in 2017. In 2020, Dr. Bordelon began a private practice in Klamath Falls, Oregon to serve rural populations. In 2023, Dr. Bordelon was accepted to the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
