I am a licensed clinical psychologist specialized in working with young adults. Whether you are a college student, young professional, or a new parent, I want to help you reach your goals and find peace with where you are in life. My approach is to provide a safe space where you can learn skills to cope with your emotions and explore patterns of the past that made you who you are today. For those who struggle with trauma symptoms, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address trauma history and reduce symptoms. I also offer spiritual integration in treatment for those who are spiritually-minded.

I have PhD and MA degrees in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology, Biola University. I have extensive experience in college counseling and private practice settings. Before pursuing a career as a psychologist, I was a researcher working with gifted students in Hong Kong.
