Professional Statement

Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, life stress or just feeling stuck, there are times when it's best to speak to a professional who can listen carefully, offer a different perspective, and hold you accountable to making the choices that will improve your life. Therapy is a collaborative process where we bring together my professional skills and your deep understanding of your own life to gain insight into your patterns of thinking and behavior, and chart new paths forward. I am a board certified clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience treating military and law enforcement personnel.

I also perform professional and executive coaching and in this role, my approach is to help you think creatively about your situation and to discover and apply new ways of approaching the challenges you face. I am ICF certified and have been coaching and advising senior leaders from our country's most elite Special Operations units for the last 15 years.
